Downloading OATS
To download OATS software go to the
below mentioned url, Accept license agreement and download the Microsoft
Windows (64-bit) under Complete Install (2GB) section. If your operating system is Win 32-bit or Linux 64 then you have to download respective OATS software. If you don’t have Oracle
account, please create it first then start downloading the software.

Installing OATS software
Once you completed the download, copy oats-win64-full-12.5.0.2.537.zip
from downloads folder to your local drive and extract it. After that you can
see the below list of folders/files.
Steps to Install OATS for Functional Testing
Step 1: Close all opened browsers.
Step 2: Double click on 
Step 3: Click on Next
button
Step 4: Select Custom radio button
Step 5: Click Next button and deselect Oracle Application Testing Suite Server Components 12.5.0.2.537 then click Next button.
Step 6 : Click on Install button
Step 7: If you installed properly you can see the below image with successful message.
The above step is the last step for OATS installation. Click Exit button.
